Updated

The essence of this policy in six commitments we keep with every visitor, every client and every project.

We never sell data

Your data isn’t a product. We don’t sell it, we don’t rent it and we never hand your name, email or phone number to advertisers.

Only what’s needed

We only ask for what it takes to reply, send a quote and work with you. Not a single detail more.

Browse without tracking

Analytics and marketing cookies only turn on if you allow them, and you can withdraw your permission at any time.

Confidentiality in writing

Your strategy, your numbers and your ideas stay between us. If you need it, we sign a confidentiality agreement before we start.

Your business data is yours

The customer information your systems, agents or emails handle belongs to you. We process it only on your instructions.

You’re in control

Request access to, correction of or deletion of your data with a simple email. We reply within 15 business days at most.

Who we are

NetworkingBolivia is a digital marketing, artificial intelligence and software development agency based in Montero, Santa Cruz, Bolivia (Calle Arenales), working with companies in Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Argentina, Colombia, Europe and the United States.

We are the controller of the personal data we receive through this website, our contact channels and our business relationship with our clients. For any privacy matter, email us at hola@networkingbolivia.net or message us on WhatsApp at +591 78146670.

What data we collect

Only what you choose to share with us, plus the technical minimum any website needs to run securely:

  • Contact details: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, company, job title and country, when you fill out a form, write to us or book a meeting.
  • Project details: the services you’re interested in, your estimated budget and what you tell us about your business.
  • Billing details: legal business name, tax ID and payment details, only if you become a client.
  • Minimal technical data: IP address, browser type and date of visit, which the hosting server logs automatically for security and to prevent abuse.

What we don’t ask for

We don’t request sensitive data (health, religion, beliefs, biometric data or similar) or card details on this site. If a project ever needed them, we would ask you in writing and only with your express consent.

How we use your data

  • To answer your questions and prepare your quote or proposal. When you submit a form, you instantly get a confirmation email with a copy of what you told us.
  • To deliver the services you hired us for: design, development, marketing, AI agents, email, hosting and support.
  • To issue invoices and meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
  • To protect the site, our systems and our clients against fraud, abuse or unauthorized access.
  • To send you news or invitations, only if you gave us permission. Every message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.
  • To measure, only if you accept it in the cookie banner, how the site is used and how our campaigns perform.

We don’t use your data to make automated decisions that affect you, and personalized ads only turn on if you accept marketing cookies.

What we never do

  • Sell, rent or trade your personal data.
  • Hand your name, email or phone number to advertisers or mailing-list companies.
  • Send you mass advertising you didn’t ask for.
  • Use your business or customer information for other purposes, for other clients or to train public AI models.
  • Ask for your passwords or verification codes over WhatsApp, email or phone. If someone does this in our name, it isn’t us: please let us know.

Who we share it with

Only with providers who help us deliver the service, and only with the information their task requires:

  • Hosting and email: the hosting provider that runs this site and our business email.
  • Messaging: WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us that way, under its own privacy terms.
  • Newsletters: if you subscribe on the home page or check the box to receive offers, your name, email, phone, company, country and what you’d like to receive are stored in our email marketing platform (Mailercloud), only to send you those emails. Each one includes a link to choose what you get or unsubscribe with one click.
  • Work tools: project management, cloud storage or billing services we use to serve you.
  • Fonts, images and map: the site loads its fonts from Google Fonts and some illustrative photos from an external stock image library; the Google map on the Contact page only loads if you choose to open it. Those services receive technical data, such as your IP address, in order to deliver them.
  • Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel), only if you accept those cookies. They receive browsing data, never your name or email.
  • Authorities: only when a law or a court order requires it.

We require every provider to keep it confidential and apply appropriate security measures.

Your customers’ data

When we build an AI agent, an email sequence, a system or an app for you, those tools may handle your own customers’ data. In that case, you are the controller of that data and we act as its processor:

  • We use it only for what you asked and on your instructions.
  • We don’t sell it, we don’t share it and we don’t use it for other clients.
  • We apply every measure in our Security Policy: encryption, least-privilege access and backups.
  • When the service ends, we hand it back to you in a standard format and delete it from our environments, unless a law requires us to keep it.
  • If you need it, we sign a data processing agreement that puts everything in writing.

How long we keep it

Only as long as necessary. When each period ends, we delete the data or anonymize it:

InformationRetention period
Inquiries and quotes that don’t move forwardUp to 12 months, so we can follow up if you ask us to.
Client and project dataFor as long as the relationship lasts, plus the time accounting and tax rules require.
Server technical logsThe minimum needed for security, depending on the hosting configuration.
Newsletter subscriptionsUntil you unsubscribe.

International transfers

Some of our providers (hosting, email or cloud tools) have servers in the United States or Europe, so your data may be stored outside Bolivia. We only choose well-known providers that offer appropriate security and confidentiality safeguards, and we send them the minimum information needed.

Your rights

When it comes to your personal data, you can always:

  • Access it: find out what data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Correct and update it: fix anything incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Delete it: ask us to erase it once it’s no longer needed.
  • Object to or restrict its use: for example, stop receiving our communications.
  • Portability: receive it in a standard format to take it to another provider.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

How to exercise them

Email us at hola@networkingbolivia.net with the subject line “Privacy,” including your name and what you need. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 15 business days at most, free of charge.

If you feel we didn’t handle your request properly, you can also contact the relevant authorities in your country.

Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and professionals. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it right away.

How we protect your information

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: an encrypted connection (HTTPS) across the whole site, restricted access with two-step verification, backups and a confidentiality commitment from our entire team. We explain it in detail in our Security Policy.

Cookies

This site only uses analytics or marketing cookies if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time. All the details are in our Cookie Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect improvements to our services or changes in the law. You’ll always see the date of the last update here and, if the change is significant, we’ll let you know through the channels you use with us.

Last updated: September 25, 2026.

Write to us about this policy or to exercise your rights. We reply within 15 business days at most, and almost always the same day.
